Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION BY REGISTRANT

  • All bookings incur a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee.

  • This non-refundable cancellation fee includes third party ticketing fees (e.g. Eventbrite).

  • Registrants who do not show up or who cancel their booking within seven (7) days prior to the event start date forfeit the full (100%) booking price.

  • If there is an emergency, please email williamfrost@getfrost.net. Refunds and transfers for emergencies will be made on a case by case basis.

CANCELLATION DUE TO COVID-19

  • All bookings incur a 20% non-refundable cancellation fee.

  • This non-refundable cancellation fee includes third party ticketing fees (e.g. humanitix).

  • In line with the above, if the activity is cancelled due to COVID-19, 20% of the full booking price is forfeited. The remaining booking price will be refunded.

  • COVID-19 cancellation reasons include, but are not limited to; border closures, location lockdown, activity-specific restrictions, participant quarantine requirements, a positive diagnosis of a participant.

  • There are no rights reserved for damages.

30% deposit non refundable but transferrable in case of cancellation. 

Full refund – 6 weeks and longer before event

75% refund – 4 to 6 weeks before event

50% refund – 2 to 4 weeks before event

No refund – 2 weeks before event

CANCELLATION BY INSTRUCTOR

  • The Instructor reserves the right to cancel the activity up to seven (7) days prior to the start of the activity if the minimum number of participants has not been met. The minimum number of participants is to be communicated beforehand.

  • Cancellation by the Instructor due to a low number of participants entitles participants to a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • If the course must be cancelled by the Instructor for other reasons (illness etc.), participants will have the option to receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

  • There are no rights reserved for damages.
